A self-described "country lawyer" in our nation's capital, he is a co-author of The Law and Business of Resort Development and a frequent contributor to "The Resort Trades" and other leading industry publications and conferences. Mr. Schlaifer is former FTC and Justice Department attorney, a graduate of Harvard Law School and the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
