Rii® STROMAN conducts the largest in-house direct mail marketing operation in the timeshare resale industry. Annually, over 5 million mail pieces are targeted to potential clients. In addition, we publish the Public Notice (a representative list for buyers of timeshares available for resale).

Rii® STROMAN also participates on the Internet as the first Timeshare Resale Broker to advertise on the World Wide Web. A timeshare sales catalog containing resort descriptions of individually owned timeshares and camp memberships for sale, rent, or exchange is available to users on the Internet.

When you join our CTLS© Computer Matching System, your timeshare property will be computer matched by criteria to interested buyers immediately upon registration. We handle the entire transaction for you. Your registration in the CTLS© exposes your timeshare to buyers already in the system as well as buyers added daily.

STEP 2:
Our professionally trained, licensed Sales Associates work on your behalf to see that you receive the highest possible price for your timeshare. We will submit all offers to you. It is your decision to accept, reject or counter the offer. All bids are subject to your approval.

SETP 3:
Once the purchaser has signed a contract, we will send you a copy of the contract for your signature.

STEP 4:
With your approval, we make all necessary arrangements for closing by coordinating with the resort & title companies concerning transfer of ownership to the new owner. For the benefit of our CTLS© clients, there is located within the Stroman Building complex an Escrow Agent, Title Company and staff very knowledgeable in timeshare closings.

STEP 5:
It is the policy of Rii® STROMAN to assist you throughout the resale transaction until ownership is transferred and you receive final funding on the sale of your timeshare. Once escrow is opened, funding typically occurs in approximately 60 to 90 days.

• We advertise to all cooperating brokers that the seller will pay at closing a commission of 10% of the selling price or a minimum of $850, whichever is greater.
• If the seller is located outside of the United States, we advertise to all cooperating brokers that the seller will pay a commission of 10% of the selling price or a minimum of $1000, whichever is greater.
